Great day! Beautiful weather! This is one of the hardest days with big ascents and descents. The great thing is that I had no issues. Thanks to the staff at StretchLab Colleyville (Tyler, Lonnie, Taryn, Kori and Will) for your roll in getting me ready for this hike!!!
